**What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)**
* Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments for imaging services
* Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients
* Support patient care across the network of imaging centers
* Assist in training and onboarding processes as needed
* Maintain accurate records and data entry for appointments
**What Is Required (Qualifications)**
* Strong customer service, communication, and phone skills
* Basic computer and data entry skills
* Ability to work onsite when needed and remotely
* Must reside within 50 miles of the office location
* Previous call center or medical experience is a plus
**How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)**
* Experience in a healthcare\-related role or customer service environment
* Familiarity with scheduling software or medical terminology
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
