Our mission is to deliver accessible, high\-quality behavioral health support while maintaining a culture of integrity, respect, and continuous improvement. **About The Role** The Executive Assistant position is a vital role that sits at the core of executive operations across two expanding behavioral health organizations. This role involves working directly with our Co\-CEOs, providing high\-level administrative support that ensures seamless daily operations. The successful candidate will manage critical administrative functions, support financial processes, oversee contract and credentialing documentation, and assist with various projects spanning finance, systems, and organizational workflows. This role requires a proactive, organized individual who can adapt to a dynamic environment, bring structure to ambiguity, and take ownership of responsibilities without requiring extensive oversight. No two days are alike, offering a stimulating and engaging work experience that contributes directly to the efficiency and success of leadership and organizational operations. **Qualifications** * Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical administrative support, operations, or executive support role * Proficiency in navigating multiple software platforms, with quick adaptability to new systems * Experience with CRM or EMR systems is a plus * Strong functional skills in Excel, including creating reports and trackers * Highly organized, detail\-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple priorities * Ability to work independently and self\-manage effectively * Discretion in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable supporting cross\-departmental coordination and internal operations **Responsibilities** * Manage executive inboxes by flagging, organizing, and prioritizing emails and tasks for the Co\-CEOs * Oversee financial administrative duties, including invoice processing, accounts payable, credit card reconciliation, and expense categorization * Review, organize, and maintain contracts, agreements, and organizational documents with confidentiality * Support medical credentialing processes and documentation across both organizations * Assist with the setup and management of software, CRM integrations, and platform management * Process daily fax and mail intake, routing items appropriately to ensure nothing remains in the queue * Build and maintain operational spreadsheets, reports, and Excel trackers for organizational use * Participate in special projects and initiatives as organizational needs evolve * Support internal operations, including preparing agendas, taking meeting notes, managing correspondence, and coordinating across departments **Benefits** * Competitive salary of $55,000 per year * Flexible work schedule supporting work\-life balance * Remote work environment providing convenience and comfort * Opportunities for professional growth and lateral development within the organization * Engagement in meaningful work within the behavioral health sector * Collaborative and supportive team culture * Access to resources and tools to enhance operational efficiency Equal Opportunity We are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive environment for all employees.
