          The Advisor II, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of non-routine problems regarding client's product or services.

          The Customer Service Representative engages with customers through inbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services.           As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

          • Handle multiple call types from our various members in North America and answer general customer inquiries clearly and professionally.

          • Provide inbound customer support.

          • Assist customers with navigation support and road-side assistance.

          • Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.

          YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

          Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:

          • 1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Restaurant, and or Call Centre experience) is beneficial

          • A High School Diploma (or equivalent)

          • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

          • Eagerness to learn new technologies

          • Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based application)

          • Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence

          • The flexibility to work a minimum of a 40-hour work week.
