**What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)**
* Answer phones and emails to assist clients and team members
* Perform entry\-level bookkeeping tasks, including recording expenses and organizing receipts
* Resolve billing issues and provide account access and usage reports
* Support quality assurance checks for internal and client\-facing reporting
* Organize new client contracts, create invoices, and process client payments
**What Is Required (Qualifications)**

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High level of discretion, ethics, and trustworthiness
* Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST
