1\. About Our Client: The organization operates an online marketplace specializing in connecting design enthusiasts with over one million unique items, ranging from furniture and fine art to jewelry and fashion. It addresses the challenge of sourcing high\-quality, extraordinary design pieces by providing a platform that facilitates discovery and direct engagement between shoppers and top sellers worldwide. 2\. About the Opportunity: The Customer Support Specialist role is focused on delivering exceptional support to consumers, Trade clients, and dealers. This position is responsible for ensuring a seamless purchasing experience by efficiently addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating order details with a high standard of service. The role contributes directly to customer satisfaction and supports the organization’s efforts to maintain strong client and dealer relationships. 3\. Responsibilities: • Provide customer and technical support via phone, email, and chat in a fast\-paced environment • Resolve customer issues using critical thinking and support skills • Manage multiple systems to gather customer and order information promptly • Assist Sales and Account Managers with customer and dealer communications • Communicate procedures and policies clearly while managing expectations • Collaborate daily with management and colleagues across various departments 4\. Requirements: • Minimum one year of experience in fast\-paced customer service, account management, or e\-commerce • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem\-solving abilities and attention to detail • Ability to calmly handle escalated clients and resolve challenging situations • Effective time management and prioritization skills • Proactive team player with initiative • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems Nice to Have: • Experience with luxury goods • Proficiency in French, Spanish, Italian, or German 5\. Pay Range and Compensation Package: • Tri\-State Pay Range: $24\.50 to $27 USD per hour • Total compensation includes base salary, potential equity, comprehensive benefits, and incentives, determined by location, experience, and related factors 6\.
