1\. About Our Client: The organization operates in the property management sector, focusing on enhancing the housing experience for both property investors and residents. It addresses challenges in property asset performance and resident satisfaction by providing responsive management that ensures safe, clean, and pleasant living environments. The company serves property investors by maximizing asset performance and maintaining high standards for resident living conditions. 2\. About the Opportunity: The Virtual Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the property management team’s administrative functions. This position ensures efficient operational processes that enable property managers to deliver high\-quality service. It is a fully remote contract role that requires strong organizational skills and proactive support to maintain team productivity and communication. 3\. Responsibilities: • Manage and organize team schedules, appointments, and calendars • Handle incoming email correspondence and phone inquiries professionally and promptly • Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations • Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases including tenant and property records • Assist with coordinating maintenance requests and communication between residents and contractors • Organize digital files and ensure documentation is current and accessible • Provide general administrative support to contribute to team success 4\. Requirements: • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail • Excellent organizational and time\-management abilities, with effective task prioritization • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Proactive and resourceful problem\-solving approach • Experience in property management or real estate is advantageous but not required 5\. Pay Range and Compensation Package: • Contract rate of $800 \- $1,000 USD per month 6\.
