**Role Responsibilities**
* Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, transaction recording, and financial data management.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal review.
* Maintain and optimize financial data within Google Sheets for better reporting and analysis.
* Collaborate cross\-functionally to support budget adherence and financial compliance.
* Assist with ad hoc financial projects and provide support during audits.
**Requirements**
* Have strong relevant experience in the domain as a Staff Accountant, Accounting Associate, Bookkeeper, or Accountant.
* Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks for day\-to\-day financial management.
* Strong command of Google Sheets, including formulas and data organization.
* Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced remote environment and work independently.
