**BOOKKEEPER / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR**

We are seeking an independent, organized Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to provide support handling the financials of our business. This role offers substantial flexibility, including the ability to work remotely most days and manage your own schedule, provided you are accessible during core office hours. Once you are fully trained, you will work independently under the managing partner with significant discretion and authority to keep the firm running smoothly.
Some of the required skills we are looking for are:
* **Financial Data Management:** Familiar with core accounting principles and proficient in Quickbooks Online.
* **Independent Task Prioritization:** Proven ability to manage multiple competing responsibilities and diverse tasks with minimal supervision.
* **Process Optimization:** Skilled at following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and creatively designing new systems to improve office efficiency.
* **Precision Focus:** Highly detail\-oriented with a commitment to zero\-error accuracy.
Additional skills that would be helpful for this position:
* **Legal Industry Experience:** Previous experience working within a law office environment.
* **Client Success:** Strong customer service skills with a professional communication style.
* **Social Media Management:** Familiarity with professional social media channels and marketing basics.

We are expecting to pay $25\-$35 per hour for this position, but will consider higher compensation if your skills and experience warrant it. We offer a 401k and contribute 3% of your salary to it (no matching required) once you are eligible to participate, health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), and we usually provide significant end\-of\-year bonuses depending on the profitability of the firm.
