Akkodis is seeking a ***Customer Experience Specialist (Remote)*** In this role the candidate will be handling inbound calls, emails, CRM case management, account support, and customer issue resolution using tools like ***Salesforce, Slack, and SharePoint.*** Ideal candidates will have strong communication, problem\-solving, and multitasking skills with a customer\-focused mindset. ***Pay Range: $19/hr. \- $20/hr.*** (The pay may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. **)** ***Job Summary*** In this role, you’ll assist customers with application statuses, testing and recertification questions, password resets, account validation, and issue resolution across multiple systems.
