Accountabilities
**Responsibilities**
In this role, you will help maintain a safe online ecosystem by reviewing, analyzing, and moderating user\-generated content in line with platform policies and safety standards. Your responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing and moderating user\-generated content to ensure compliance with internal policies, community guidelines, and legal requirements.
* Identifying and flagging content related to hate speech, fraud, misinformation, or other policy violations.
* Applying moderation rules consistently while making fair, objective, and well\-documented decisions.
* Escalating complex, ambiguous, or high\-risk cases to senior moderators or specialized policy teams when necessary.
* Following established workflows and moderation procedures to ensure accuracy and operational consistency.
* Meeting productivity and quality benchmarks while maintaining high attention to detail in sensitive content review.
* Safeguarding user privacy and maintaining strict confidentiality when handling sensitive or restricted material.
**Requirements**
The ideal candidate is detail\-oriented, resilient, and comfortable working with sensitive digital content in a fast\-paced moderation environment. You should be able to apply guidelines consistently while exercising sound judgment in nuanced cases. Key qualifications include:
* 6 months to 1 year of experience in compliance, trust \& safety, regulatory support, or related content review roles (preferred).
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately assess large volumes of user\-generated content.
* Basic understanding of content moderation systems, workflows, and online community guidelines.
* Awareness of cultural context and its impact on interpreting online content appropriately.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including clear documentation of moderation decisions.
* Ability to remain objective and composed when reviewing sensitive or potentially disturbing content.
* Familiarity with digital platforms and an interest in online safety and community standards.
