Peer/Record Review Quality Analyst

You will be responsible for validating completed medical file reviews to ensure client questions are fully addressed and reports meet strict quality standards. You will act as a key quality gatekeeper between clinical reviewers, operations teams, and clients, ensuring consistency, clarity, and compliance across all deliverables. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently engage with physicians and external stakeholders. You will support continuous improvement of reporting quality through feedback, clarification requests, and adherence to established QA frameworks.
