Looking to add a team member into our CPA firm. This position reports and works directly with the in\-charge accountant for our clients. This position works on our firm clients, in various industries.
The ideal candidate is highly detail\-oriented, possesses strong analytical skills, and is highly proficient in using QuickBooks Online to maintain accurate, up\-to\-date financial records and streamline accounting workflows. In this role, you will handle full\-cycle bookkeeping, including categorizing bank transactions, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, payroll entries and accruals, and monthly financial reporting. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem\-solver with advanced QBO expertise who can deliver accurate financial statements and meet our client's deadlines.
Flexible schedule, with both in office and remote option available. Would prefer in\-office during the busier tax season and extension season months.
Ideal candidate has some S corp tax knowledge, understands payroll accruals, and can review the balance sheet for any outstanding issues. There is also some use of Quickbooks Desktop as well.
Part time hours, between 20\-30 hours per week.
Pay: $25\.00 \- $35\.00 per hour
