Full job description
**One Way Pet**, an internet\-based pet supplies retailer, is seeking a detail\-oriented and dependable **Bookkeeper / HR Administrator** to join our team on a part\-time basis.
**Position Responsibilities**
* Process payments to vendors and manage accounts payable
* Record deposits and payments in QuickBooks
* Prepare and process HR\-related paperwork
* Submit payroll information to an outside payroll provider
* Coordinate with the company’s CPA as needed
* Assist with various administrative tasks and special projects
**Qualifications**
* Proficiency with basic computer applications
* QuickBooks experience preferred
* Accounting or bookkeeping background preferred
* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information
* Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently and with limited supervision
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
* Positive employment references
**Schedule**
* Part\-time position, approximately **15 hours or less per week**
* Extremely flexible schedule within standard business hours (**Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM**)
