**Responsibilities**
* Manage day\-to\-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
* Handle front desk duties such as greeting visitors, answering multi\-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette
* Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents, client records, and office supplies
* Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings
* Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients and vendors via phone or email, ensuring timely responses and support
* Perform data entry with high accuracy for billing, payroll, and other administrative records
* Proofread correspondence, reports, and documents to ensure clarity and professionalism
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with clerical experience preferred
* Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
* Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software for bookkeeping tasks
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
* Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
* Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not required
