Why "immediate hire" matters in cushy WFH
The cushy entry-level market runs on cohort-based hiring. Concentrix, TTEC, Sutherland, Foundever, and Conduent each launch new training cohorts every 1–4 weeks across multiple programs. Apply Monday, finish assessment Wednesday, get an offer Friday, start training the following Monday. The whole cycle is 1–2 weeks, not 1–2 months.
Direct employers (UnitedHealth, Aetna, Hilton, Marriott) run more traditional 3–4 week interview cycles but have begun launching "express hire" tracks for high-volume customer service and reservations roles to compete with BPOs.
