This role contributes to the success of the company by developing and optimizing partnerships with sales managers, business partners and other supporting departments through exceptional, solution\-oriented service. The Specialist supports our vision by processing all orders, assisting with inquiries, and overseeing various administrative tasks within assigned accounts. **Additional Information:** * This is a permanent, full\-time hourly position starting at $18 * Our headquarters Office is located at 7630 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33138 * This role participates in our hybrid schedule * Hybrid Schedule: Monday \& Friday; 2 days working remotely. Tuesday, Wednesday \& Thursday; 3 days working in the headquarters office. **Major Duties Include:** * Demonstrates high energy and ownership towards supporting the Field Sales Managers, Sales Reps and their corresponding accounts * Oversees the internal accounts administration of a variety of national and/ or regional accounts * Resolves any issues in a timely manner as it relates to assigned accounts, including returns, damages, purchase order discrepancies, etc. * Accurately processes orders via SAP Business One software for assigned accounts and helping with samples and other accounts as needed * Filters phone calls from the general queue, providing excellent customer service and information (e.g.inventory levels, pricing, product information, representation information, etc.) * Coordinates VIP treatment of custom orders \& special projects with minimum supervision from beginning to end * Completes open order monthly reporting on SAP Business One * Responds to all communications and inquiries within 2\-4hours * Works in tandem with other team members to ensure business partner efficiencies and results * Records personal daily punches and approves accurate bi\-weekly time and attendance records * Actively participates and engages in all one\-on\-one and group meetings * Performs other duties as assigned * Promotes our FOH® Culture in all interactions **Education, Experience \& Computer Skills:** * 1 \- 2 years’ experience in customer service in inside sales, B2B, customer services in an office environment, call center, or hospitality industry * Proficient in all Microsoft Applications, Outlook, and Excel * Familiar with ERP system, SAP Business One preferred **Skills Needed for Success:** * Follows directions and works under pressure to meet deadlines * Stress and time management skills * Analytical, creative, practical problem\-solving skills * Customer service and interpersonal skills * Communicate with clarity verbally and via e\-mail * Work collaboratively and as part of a diverse team * Small project management skills and strong attention to detail **Desired Characteristics and Qualifications:** * Organized, action and detail oriented * Demonstrates sound work ethics * Possesses cultural awareness and sensitivity * Ability to re\-arrange tasks as priorities change * Highly enthusiastic, positive\-minded, and composed in challenging situations * Thrives in a goal\-driven environment **Benefits \& Pay** At FOH®, we value our team members as our most important asset, which is why we offer a benefits package designed with their well\-being in mind.
