**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry\-Level Operations Associate. This role focuses on supporting daily business operations, improving internal processes, and helping teams stay organized and efficient.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
\- Support daily business operations and internal workflows
\- Track tasks, deadlines, and project progress
\- Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational data
\- Assist with process improvement and efficiency initiatives
\- Coordinate between teams (operations, sales, customer support)
\- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and internal documentation
\- Monitor key performance metrics and operational KPIs
\- Assist with scheduling, planning, and internal coordination
\- Identify workflow gaps and suggest improvements
\- Support onboarding and internal process documentation
\- Help ensure projects and tasks are completed on time
**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
\- High school diploma or equivalent required
\- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
\- 0–2 years of experience in operations, admin, customer service, or support roles
\- Strong organizational and time management skills
\- Good written and verbal communication skills
\- Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, email tools)
\- Attention to detail and problem\-solving ability
\- Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment
\- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
\- Reliable, professional, and process\-oriented mindset

\- Experience with spreadsheets, reporting, or data tracking
