**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
\- Respond to user support requests and troubleshoot issues
\- Provide technical assistance through email, chat, and ticketing systems
\- Document support cases and resolutions
\- Maintain support records and system updates
\- Escalate complex technical issues when necessary
\- Assist users with account access and basic system setup
\- Monitor support queues and response timelines
\- Create user guides and support documentation
\- Support onboarding and technology orientation activities

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
\- High school diploma or equivalent required
