**Role Responsibilities**
* Analyze images and videos to identify key STEM concepts and detailed subject insights.
* Develop complex, high\-quality questions requiring deep subject\-matter expertise.
* Categorize and tag content accurately for efficient workflow and expert routing.
* Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure content quality and consistency.
* Use data analysis and literature review to inform content development.
* Apply innovative instructional methods and educational technologies.
* Mentor team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
**Requirements**
* Strong subject\-matter expertise in a STEM discipline.
* Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
* Strong analytical and critical\-thinking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Experience with educational technology or digital tools.
* Strong collaboration and project leadership capabilities.
