**About the Role** This opportunity is for a detail\-oriented, forward\-thinking, and highly organized Client Success Specialist to support clients, therapists, and administrative staff in a remote work environment. The role focuses on client communication, scheduling support, intake appointment follow\-ups, and handling time\-sensitive requests during certain business hours, evenings, and weekends. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing phone and email communication, supporting urgent matters calmly, multitasking in a fast\-growth environment, and handling sensitive client information with discretion. **What You’ll Do** * Answer client phone calls during evening and weekend hours. * Handle overflow phone calls during regular business hours. * Respond to time\-sensitive emails and requests during evening and weekend hours. * Provide professional customer service and support to clients and therapists by phone and email. * Coordinate teletherapy appointment scheduling for clients and therapists using scheduling software when needed. * Follow up with clients regarding intake appointments. * Assist with scheduling and other administrative tasks as needed. * Work closely with clients, therapists, and administrative staff to support smooth communication and scheduling. * Help manage urgent matters with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion. **Qualifications** * Prior experience in scheduling, administrative support, or a similar role. * Experience in a healthcare or mental health setting is preferred. * Proficiency with scheduling software and office tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. * Experience with EMR/EHR systems is helpful. * AdvancedMD experience is a plus. * Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. * Strong problem\-solving skills. * Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment. * Comfortable multitasking in a fast\-growth environment.
