About the Role:

Join us as a Customer Service Representative supporting one of Australia’s major banking brands. You’ll be the trusted expert customers rely on—guiding them through card enquiries, resolving issues, and helping them feel secure and supported in every interaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting customers with enquiries, from transactions to security concerns

• Delivering empathetic, accurate, and compliant banking information

• Troubleshooting issues and providing clear, confident solutions

• Escalating complex matters to specialist teams when needed

• Keeping detailed, accurate records to ensure seamless customer experiences

• Contributing to ongoing improvements in banking processes and service delivery
