Responsibilities • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively • Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in our CRM system • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary • Identify and suggest improvements to customer service processes and tools • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and positive customer experience • Adhere to company policies and guidelines in all customer interactions Requirements Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional Indian languages (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali) is a significant advantage • Stable and reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with various software applications • Strong active listening skills and ability to empathize with customer needs • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes • Customer\-centric attitude with a passion for helping others Qualifications • Previous experience in a customer\-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality) is a plus but not required • Familiarity with CRM software is beneficial • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast\-paced environment • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
