**What Is Required (Qualifications)**
* Minimum of 1 year of customer service or support experience
* 1 year of previous call center or office experience required
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening abilities
* Technical proficiency in using multiple browsers and systems, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
