Surveyor

Position Overview We are seeking professional and reliable Survey Interviewers to conduct face\-to\-face traveler surveys throughout public areas. Interviewers will collect customer feedback and market research data that supports key airport management decisions, performance measurement initiatives, and customer satisfaction programs. The ideal candidate has experience conducting in\-person surveys, interacting with diverse populations, and accurately collecting unbiased research data using electronic devices. Key Responsibilities * Conduct face\-to\-face intercept surveys with airport travelers and visitors. * Approach passengers professionally and encourage participation in research studies. * Select survey participants using established sampling procedures to ensure representative and unbiased data collection. * Administer questionnaires accurately while following all survey instructions and skip logic requirements. * Ask ranking, scaling, multiple\-choice, and open\-ended survey questions. * Probe appropriately to obtain complete and accurate responses without influencing participant answers. * Record survey responses using electronic devices such as iPads or tablets. * Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all collected research data. * Follow project guidelines, airport security requirements, and safety procedures. * Meet daily survey completion goals while maintaining high\-quality data standards. * Represent the client and research organization in a professional manner at all times.
