Spanish (Spain) Audio Generalist Evaluator Expert
**Type:**

**10–20 hours/week**
**Role Responsibilities**
* Transcribe and optimize audio and video content in Spanish (Spain), ensuring clarity and accuracy.
* Develop evaluation rubrics and grading guidelines in Spanish and English to ensure consistency.
* Conduct model testing and grading to assess outputs for accuracy and fluency.
* Provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance in Spanish audio tasks.
* Participate in QA and review cycles to maintain quality and reliability in datasets.
* Collaborate with project leads to resolve ambiguities and improve task design.
**Qualifications**
**Must\-Have**
* Strong writing, editing, and critical thinking skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Native or near\-native fluency in Spanish (Spain) and professional fluency in English.
* Familiarity with Peninsular Spanish, regional vocabulary, and contemporary language usage.
* Ability to transcribe and analyze Spanish audio content accurately.
**Preferred**
* College students or recent graduates.
* Background in linguistics, humanities, social sciences, journalism, translation/localization, or technical disciplines.
* Experience with transcription, annotation, localization, evaluation, or research workflows in Spanish.
* Familiarity with differences between Peninsular Spanish and Latin American Spanish varieties.
* Interest in AI, language models, or applied research environments.
