Scheduler - Mobile Dog Grooming

**Job description** www.luckydogmobilegroomers.com We’re looking for a remote scheduler part\-time to support our North Dallas, Texas mobile dog grooming business. The ideal candidate is hardworking, customer service–oriented, and extremely detail oriented. There’s no better place to launch an exciting, fulfilling career in animal services than Lucky Dog! **Objectives of this role**  Work remotely but prefer candidates on CST time zone.  Operating hours are 8:00am \- 8:00pm, also weekends. Manage all incoming phone calls and messages.  Respond to calls, text messages, and social media messages for customers who are interested to learn more about the service we provide, find out if you service their area, give them a quote based on their dog breed and weight.  Schedule appointments, whether through phone calls, social media, or within app for new and existing clients.  Manage and coordinate schedules for the groomer including confirming appointments, moving appointments to make a preferred route for the groomer or adjusting based on customers availability.  Coordinate daily schedules in communication with the groomers and clients, if the groomer needs you to call the client to inform them about an issue, update ticket based on services requested or needed, send or collect payment after completed appointments, and inform clients if the groomer is running ahead or behind schedule. **Preferred skills and qualifications**  Have a passion for animals, specifically dogs and a knowledge of general dog breeds.  Great personality with answering phone calls and messages. Share the excitement and culture of the great services we provide and the convenience for the clients of having their dogs groomed at their doorstep.  Ability to multi\-task and coordinate messages, appointments, and phone calls as needed to keep a smooth daily operation and clear communication between clients and the groomer.  Well\-developed verbal and written communication skills  Excellent attention to detail  Experience with MoeGo software a plus Pay: From $20\.00 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote in Celina, TX 75009
