In our Property Contents Insurance group, we’re the best in the world at helping homeowners get back to where they belong by helping insurance company adjusters rapidly determine the value of personal property items lost in covered claims. About the Role: Join the InfraWare team and assist insurance companies in supporting their clients by conducting phone\-based reviews of lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. These phone interactions make up approximately 60% of the role, so strong communication skills and professionalism are essential. The remainder of the work involves web research and data entry, where as a Property Estimator you’ll review item descriptions—often in handwritten or audio formats—transcribe as needed, and conduct online searches to find fair replacement items based on company\-specific guidelines. This is a production\-based role, with hourly pay tied to your average output per pay period. Estimators are expected to meet a minimum number of items per hour following training.
