**Scope Of Work/Responsibilities**
Provide high\-level administrative and operational support in a fast\-paced remote environment.

* Managing phone calls, text messages, and communication channels
* Preparing reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and documents
* Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
* Organizing digital files, systems, and workflows
* KPI tracking, reporting, and data management
* CRM and database updates
* Administrative and executive support tasks

**Requirements**
